
About Course
This programme aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the foundations of Legal Migration and equip participants with the practical skills necessary to manage and facilitate its processes effectively. Learners will acquire the ability to analyse migration trends, understand key legal frameworks, and apply rights-based approaches to ensure the protection and integration of migrants. Additionally, the course will explore various tools and policies used to manage migration, including labour migration visa regimes, bilateral labour agreements, and standard employment contracts. The programme will also offer learners the chance to develop and implement programmes addressing the needs of migrants throughout the migration cycle and engage with key stakeholders to promote safe and legal migration.

The final examination has been meticulously designed to assess the student’s holistic understanding of the course concepts. It comprises two sections: Section 1 with True/False, Multiple Choice, and Matching Questions, and Section 2 with open-ended questions (free narrative text).
