About Course
The overall goal of this workshop is to understand and apply the processes related to the training needs analysis and perform an actual realistic one through coordinating with the relevant parties in an organisation.
This workshop is aimed at training Managers or any staff members responsible for identifying training and development needs within a specific organisation, unit, or department.
