The MCP Med TI was thrilled to report that ten participants from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Interior of Libya have successfully completed the Vocational Train the Trainer Award course in Malta.
Some of the training’s learning outcomes were to help the participants:
- Identify the key principles of a training cycle and terminology related to training
- Identify the key principles of adult learning and understand how they impact training design and delivery
- Identify the factors and interactive techniques that contribute to active learning and memory retention
- Describe the different communication skills in training and facilitation techniques.
As a result, they have received academic credits that can be used throughout the European Union. This marks the beginning of a fruitful partnership with our sister project, #LIBMITAF.
