Our team in Malta had the pleasure of hosting and co-delivering a two-day Training Needs Analysis Workshop with 3 participants from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants in Lebanon and 5 participants from the Ministry of Interior and Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Libya.
The workshop focused on task-based Training Needs Analysis with practical application. Our goal was to apply these methodologies to identify training priorities in our Southern Partner Countries. It was an enriching experience to work with such a diverse group and exchange ideas on how we can improve training programmes.
At the Training Institute, we believe in the importance of ongoing professional development, and we are proud to have played a part in facilitating this workshop. We look forward to more opportunities to collaborate and contribute to the growth and development of individuals and organizations.
