Part of the Vocational Train the Trainer course (VTT), is to apply the theoretical knowledge participants have gained and conduct brief “training sessions” on a topic of their choosing, using the various methodological techniques they have learned during the preceding days.
In smaller groups, the participants were tasked with preparing their presentation using a variety of captivating activities to convey their intended message more effectively. They utilised a mix of methods such as role-playing, case studies, distributing handouts, organizing competitions, and using interactive videos to enhance their performance.
