It goes without saying that the more enjoyable and engaging something is, the more we benefit from it, and professional training is no exception.
During the last session of the preliminary training before next week’s «Vocational Train the Trainer» training, our authorised trainers focused on training participants on topics that will be covered next week, such as “how to prepare professional, elaborate, structured, and above all, engaging training.”
During a collaborative teamwork session, participants were asked to present their vision of a successful professional training, based on three aspects:
1- How to achieve the training objectives,
2- How to offer added value to learners,
3- And what are the fundamentals to follow when designing training for maximum engagement.
